You might be wondering....
- Why your parents tell you that you can't eat pineapple, raw fish, lobster, etc when you're pregnant?
- Why Chinese people don't drink cold water, especially when one just had a newborn baby?
- Why "hot", "cold" or "wind" are terms used to explain body types and conditions in TCM?
- What kind of preventative TCM measures can I take to boost my immune system in a natural and safe way, especially during COVID?
If you want to learn more about the areas of food, body types and changes, we invite you to join us! Best of all, it's free!
We have invited Richard Kwan, a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practicioner to join us in sharing insights on the TCM perspective of the Chinese traditions in pregnancy and postpartum care.
